2012 BP MS150 - CERT Volunteer Registration Form

Volunteer Assignments & Volunteer Training:

Volunteering for this event as CERT volunteer requires a 2-day commitment (i.e. Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22, 2012)  I understand that I am required to attend the following volunteer trainings:

Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm OR Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm (Required for "new" volunteers. Encouraged for returning volunteers) 

AND

Joint CERT/ARES Orientation, Group Training, Dinner provided, Wednesday, March 28, 2012 from 6:00pm - 8:30pm (Required for all CERT volunteers working the event)

Breakpoint Assignments: Every effort will be made to keep CERT Team Members (and friends) together and to reassign (returning) CERT Teams to the breakpoints they worked last year; however, the Volunteer Management Team reserves the right to place and/or move volunteers at any time, according to the coverage needs for the various breakpoints.                                                                                          

Background Check Policy: The Multiple Sclerosis Society requires that volunteers working certain positions, such as drivers of BPMS150-rented vehicles, will be required to submit to a criminal
