About the Emergency Management Coordinator
 Sharon Nalls joined the City of Houston Office of Emergency Management in June 1997 and assumed her current position of Emergency Management Coordinator in July 2003. As Emergency Management Coordinator, she serves as the City’s emergency management program manager.
